Optional​​ device that prevents a sash from opening beyond a certain point. These have become more widely used due to regulations for rental properties but can also be practical for families with small children.
Hinge assembly connects the operator to the active sash. The hinges come in different lengths and styles. The one picture is the most common one we see in our area.
